Actually what i have known so far that Indian Education seriously needs whole lot of improvements.
I cannot understand why only a child who is 'Ghissu / Padhaku/ Kitabi Keeda' always scores over a child who is not able to pass every exam with flying colors??
It might be the case of admission in Premier Educational Institute ,Schools,B-Schools etc.
In my view the capability of an Institute can only be justified when it picks up students with aptitude with passion & with the will from the scrap & then produce cream out of them.
Not like most top colleges who are just busy in filling in cream as input.. & then very obviously producing cream as output!
Education has merely become a money minting business now a days.
Most Colleges once earn a brand name, pay no attention to welfare of students & are just busy in doing big holes in pockets of parent's of poor students.
In India mainly all the emphasis is laid on theoretical knowledge & your agg. % in your profile.
Even a guy who doesn't even know abc of computers & don't have any idea is picked into Computer Sc. if he has more marks over a guy who cudn't manage to score well but has been playing with computers right from childhood.
I don't say that ppl. who are not computer literate must not get the chance but what i mostly found is ppl. opt for CS/IT because they have heard that ppl. earn big bucks in these fields ,they are least bothered about their field of interests.
In India education system has not grown as of America, Europe etc.
Here 90% of parents want to see their child as Doctor / Engineer..
people are yet to discover various other creative avenues!
Also Govt. of India & Education ministry must encourage other fields also.
Last but not the least the biggest LOOP HOLE of Indian Edu. System "RESERVATIONS"
This thing makes me mad..!!
If things go on like this bloody we general ppl. 'll need reservations within few yrs.
What kind of justification is this??
Are we general ppl. filthy rich... or we are blessed with different kind of mind from God??
This is something which Govt. Of India must be slammed for..
We put our best efforts & even with better results land up in a place which inferior to our Reservation Quota Counterparts.

Last but not the least Indian education system needs a U-Turn in context to changes & needs to acknowledge Fair Opportunity process, Attitude of ppl., their dreams, their inclinations etc..

i completely agree. i think we really need some changes before we are trapped badly in this reservation system. appreciate your thoughts over this issue of education.
